Vanilla Canine Cannoli

We are sisters who grew up helping mom in the kitchen. For the most part, we cooked Italian food, but Mom formed our cooking roots and helped us every step of the way. For a while we thought we would open a restaurant, but soon realized we had a bigger love. We always had pets growing up and felt better giving our dog (and cat) home made treats. When Gina got her very own dog is when we began to seriously experiment with home baked dog treats and pastries. In the summer of 2007 we successfully threw our dog’s first birthday party. We made her a large birthday cake and coordinating cupcakes for 12 dogs. They loved every bite and we loved every minute of creating those delicious treats. Thus, the Sugar Pup Shop was born.

We value the importance of organic foods. We care about what we eat and the origin of our food and wanted to do the same for our best friends, our pets. Our mission is to create “Tail waggin’, face lickin’ lovin’ from the oven”! But the most important thing to us is to always have fun. Baking treats and cakes has always and will always be the most fun we have together. To carry out our mission, we promote the sweetest, safest and most natural indulgences by providing fresh baked pastries for your animal’s enjoyment. The Sugar Pup Shop strives to offer innovative pet pastries and treats that exceed both our customer’s standards and expectations. We believe that the only acceptable answers to even the most challenging requests are “yes”, “how can we help?”, and “when do you need it?”
