Why Organic?
You probably know how crucial a role your diet plays in your overall health. People who switch to organic foods have reported a boost in energy levels, fewer illnesses and numerous other health benefits. Well your pets diet is just as important. The good news is more and more pet owners are beginning to make the change to organic, all natural food for their pets. Some potential benefits of organic pet food is reduction of skin ailments and allergies, more energy, a healthy weight, fewer digestive disorders, better overall health, and quality and longevity of life.
Organic foods are produced according to certain production standards. This means that they are grown with out the use of the (unfortunately) ever popular, conventional pesticides, artificial fertilizers, human waste or sewage sludge. Being considered organic also means that they were processed without ionizing radiation or food additives. This mostly applies to the growth of fruits and vegetables. When it comes to livestock, being organic means that they are reared with out the use of antibiotics or growth hormones. Organic food production is legally regulated and requires producers to obtain organic certifications.
We believe that natural plants and animals raised with care provide the most flavorful and nutritious foods available. Food produced without antibiotics, added growth hormones or pesticides mean better health and a cleaner environment. We wanted to create our favorite pet cuisine made from organic, farm fresh ingredients so that your pet can have the best of the best. Don’t they deserve it?
